Islington Choral Society - 25th November

Ode for St Cecilia's Day - Handel

C Minor Mass - Mozart

We conclude our celebratory Golden Jubilee year with Handel’s timely Ode for St Cecilia’s Day, followed by Mozart’s magnificent Great Mass in C minor K427.

Conducted by our Acting Musical Director Laurence Williams, with soloists including tenor Nathan Vale and soprano Anna-Luise Wagner, the choir once gain joins forces with Hertfordshire Chamber Orchestra in the atmospheric St Andrew Holborn.

Coram - 4th December 

Christmas Concert 

Join us for Coram’s annual Christmas celebration in the beautiful surroundings of the church of St Andrew Holborn, the final resting place of our founder Thomas Coram. It will be a delightfully festive evening featuring Coram’s work with children, wonderful singing by the Trevor Roberts School choir, a raffle, mulled wine and mince pies.

Afasic - 7th December 

Christmas Concert

Join us for the biennial Afasic Christmas Concert on the evening of Thursday 7th December, 2023

We are delighted that the wonderful Sir Derek Jacobi, international star of stage and screen, has agreed to do a reading; we will have a Choir to provide the music throughout the evening; and a number of young people with communication difficulties will be participating.

Don’t miss out on what will be a wonderful evening of song, laughter and celebration.
