"We hired the Archive Room for a meeting of 20 people and the facilities were exactly what we needed. The central location was convenient for people coming from across the country. The facilities were just what we needed for our meeting – large screen linked to our laptop to show PowerPoint Presentations.

 

The catering was excellent and was served in the adjacent room, so there was plenty of space for the participants to mingle in there away from the main meeting room

"My organisation booked St Andrew’s, Holborn for two events this month.  I must say that I found the whole experience an excellent one from start to finish.  Grace Austin, the Events Coordinator at St Andrews is friendly, reliable and efficient and made our booking promptly and effortlessly.  A detailed and informative confirmation of booking form was promptly produced and emailed to me.  This included details such as location, date and time of meeting and an itemised list of services and costs, number of attendees and unit price of refreshments etc. However, St Andrews will only charge pay for the final number of attendees that actually attend the day based on a final list that can be supplied to them a few days prior to the event.

 

The location of St Andrews itself is very central and easy to get to (5 min. walk from Chancery Lane Underground station - Central line) and the interior of the Court Room is stunning and inspiring. It has a very handy back room where the refreshments are served (on time as specified) which means there is no intrusion on the meeting being held in the main room. Toilet facilities are clean, free wifi is available on request and laptop, projector and screen facilities are also provided free of charge. Following, the meeting, a full accurate and easy to read invoice was promptly sent to both myself and our Accounts Department.

 

I fully recommend St Andrews for to anyone wanting to book a hassle free event location in central London. Many thanks again St Andrews for helping make our day run smoothly!"
